Christmas 2012

Christmas was nice!  My parents were here visiting and so were Andrea, and Archie and Emily.  I was still obviously feeling the craziness from having Mason just a week but with family around to help I felt great and nursing came easier this time around too.  Having Mason really brought a sweet feeling in our home, and as Kevin would say, he was the best present we could have ever got for Christmas.

Sleepy Kevin.  It really still was dark outside when the kids woke up to open their stockings. And just for kicks, he put on this shirt (yet once again) to see if I would say anything.  Stinker!

So funny.  We had to get him in the little elf suit Zane wore on his first Christmas.  So cuddly!

Furby.  He was a nice furby but somehow turned freaky and the kids had to take its batteries out and scared to turn it back on again.

I love this man!  He is such a tease but I couldn't have picked anyone better suited for me.

We got matching pajamas for all the girls - Allie even got to wear the same as the adults since she could fit in them this year.

With Uncle Todd at our Christmas dinner that night. It was so fun to get together with the Harris family and Merrills.  We have loved getting together, I'm sure everyone is sick of coming over to our house - but I love company (and selfishly prefer to host so that I wouldn't have to watch my kids as much).

Zane was feeling a little out of place with a new baby in the house. He decided he wanted to just be with his Pop that night and even wanted to go home with him.

Zane's present came a few days late, thanks to Walmart's slow fulfillment.  They sent me a $20 gift card for the disappointment.

It was a great Christmas with another newborn baby!  We have so much fun with him, and have so much to be grateful for this year.  I hope the next year will be just as great.
